  • Start by forming a parallel plank position with both feet on the ground and your hands on top of the stability ball.
  • Holding this parallel position raise one leg off the ground  and bring the knee  to your chest .
  • Maintain a flat back and do not allow your hips to sag toward the ground
  • Keep abs, glutes tight, and your hips level with the rest of your body.
  • Do 10-12 times and repeat with other leg.

  • Start in a four point position with your hands and knees on the ground.
  • Grab handles and place the middle of the tube on one foot 
  •  Proceed to kick your leg back and up until you reach full extension.
  • Squeeze your glute muscle while performing this movement.
  • Think about touching celling with your heel.
  •  Repeat 12  reps with each  leg.

  • Stand with feet shoulder width apart and hips in neutral position
  • Chest out, shoulders back and head straight forward
  • Tighten abs, contract glutes
  • bend at the waist until chest is at a 45-degree angle to the ground,
  • Keep  elbows the shoulder level  and bent 90 degree .
  • Hold dumbbells  in each hand with palms facing down. 
  • With elbows bent press straight out parallel with the floor like a shoulder press.  
  • Remember to keep head in a neutral position
  • Return to start position and repeat 12 times

  • Stand with feet shoulder width apart and hips in neutral position
  • Chest out, shoulders back, and head straight forward.
  • Tighten abs, contract glutes
  • Position dumbbells at ear level with an overhand grip, palms  facing forward, keeping elbows bent at a 90 degree angle
  •  Press the dumbbels up above your head and simultaneously twist your trunk.
  • Return to the starting position repeat 12 times
  • And then proceed  to the opposite direction. 
  • Keep your feet planted and stationary the entire time.

  • Stand with feet shoulder width apart and hips in neutral position
  • Place barbell above your head
  • Lift chest, shoulders back, and tuck chin
  • Tighten abs, activate glutes
  •  Step backward with one foot 2-3 feet and lower back knee, forming a 90° bend at the front hip and knee.
  • DO NOT allow front knee to extend past the big toe to prevent injury.
  • Pushing off front heel, raise to starting position. .
  •  Remember to keep head and back upright in a neutral position.          
  • Shoulders and hips should remain squared at all times.
  • Watch for proper knee alignment - do not let front knee extend past big toe or deviate from side to side.
  • Back knee should not come in contact with floor.
  • Complete 12 reps before repeating with opposite leg

  • Stand with feet shoulder width apart and hips in neutral position
  • Position dumbbells at ear level with overhand grip (palms   facing forward) and elbows  forming 90°bent
  • Lift chest, shoulders back, and tuck chin
  • Tighten abs, activate glutes
  • Raise one foot off the ground, balancing on one leg and lifting opposite leg so that hip and knee are bent at a 90-degree angle
  • Stabilize
  • Step backward with one foot 2-3 feet and lower back knee, forming a 90° bend at the front hip and knee.
  • DO NOT allow front knee to extend past the big toe to prevent injury.
  • Pushing off front heel, raise to starting position. .
  •  Remember to keep head and back upright in a neutral position.

  • Sit in upright position on ball with feet flat on floor
  • Walk feet forward, allowing ball to roll underneath body until it is positioned on mid- to upper- back region (you may rest head on ball)
  • Raise hips to create a “table top” position parallel to floor
  • Place dumbbell on chest with handle perpendicular to chest and grasp dumbbell as shown
  • Start position: extend elbows and raise dumbbell above head, even with the eye-line
  • With elbows slightly bent, lower dumbbell back behind head to slightly below head level
  • Return to start position and repeat 12 times
  • Remember to keep both feet flat on the floor at all times and keep the lower back in a neutral position. Hyperextension or arching of the back may cause injury. Never lock your elbows. If maintaining stability is difficult, lower hips below parallel until stability is established.

  • Start by lying on back with hands holding the ball  above your head
  • Raise your legs
  • Tighten abs and activate glutes, keeping lower back firmly on the floor
  • Begin to roll your shoulders off the floor, pushing down hard with lower back  and bring the ball to your feet
  • Grab the ball with feet and lower them to the floor
  • Draw in abs toward your spine, exhale, and raise both legs toward  chest.
  • Grab the ball with hands and lower them down on the floor .
  • Exhale as you go up, inhale as you lower back to the floor.
  • Focus on slow, controlled movement – don’t cheat yourself by using momentum!
  • Look up during exercise it prevents from using neck.
  • Use ” tight pants ” technique.
  • Repeat 10 times

  • Raise one leg up off the floor and maintain your balance
  • Lift chest, shoulders back, and tuck chin
  • Draw abs in, activate glutes
  • Position a dumbbell (or ball)  at ear level with overhand grip (palms  facing forward
  • Keeping elbows at a 90-degree angle, press hand up above head keeping wrist over the elbow and arm to side of body at all times
  • Return to starting position and repeat 12 times with each side
  • Keep your balance with your torso not your foot

  • Anchor tubing around something sturdy  at around belly button or chest level.
  • Stand with feet shoulder width apart and hips in neutral  position
  • Lift chest, shoulders back, and tuck chin
  • Draw abs in, activate glutes
  • Grab the ends of the band in each hand with arms fully  extended
  • Pull   hands back and up  towards your spine  remembering to keep your arms straight, using your shoulder blade
  • Return to starting position
  • Repeat for 12 times with each side
