We won't win the fight with aging , but we will die trying !

These  Workouts   are  not  for you if you:

  • Have never worked out on a regular basis before, and you ‘want to start a new life” - from the first of January, from Monday, after swimsuit shopping, after a break up, or after a terrifying doctor’s appointment, etc.
  • Have a litany of circumstantial reasons why you can’t work out:  'I can't exercise because I don't have time, I have a bad knee, the gym is too far away, I hate exercise, I’m afraid of my muscles looking too bulky, I can't eat better because there's too much bad food where I work, I'm starving at night, I have to eat out with clients, etc.
  •  Are a man (sorry guys, this will be too hard for you :-)
  •  Are under 30 (this is not age discrimination; you are just not ready to take serious care of your body. You are likely still in the process of destroying it - drinking, having fun, studying into the wee hours of the night, and having your heart broken a few times). For you, the word “health“ is for old folks!

To start, you have to make this choice for yourself. Your “new life start“ won't begin until you decide for yourself that exercise is a priority. Once you’ve made it a priority, then the excuses will disappear; you'll go to bed earlier so you can wake up for a jog; you'll find a gym with a daycare center; you'll bring good food to work.  Your goal should be to create a habit of working out - to make it part of your everyday life, like taking a shower or brushing your teeth - without asking questions like “Do I really need to?”

If the circumstances above DO NOT apply to you, and you know that the primary purpose of exercise should be to become healthier, live longer, feel better, and simply function better in general, WELCOME! Exercising should be a part of your lifestyle. This site will provide you with new ideas and exercises to help you change up your workouts and keep them interesting. You are supposed to be in pain and tired, but not bored.  Boredom is a major pitfall for women in training, and is often responsible for impeding their ongoing progress.

Who wouldn’t love a personal trainer to guide you and give you new ideas and directions? But trainers can be so expensive and hard to fit into a busy lifestyle. Enter Studio Natashafit Workouts for Women to help you get a fit, sexy body. Each workout features instructions and a video, showing you exactly what exercises to perform, in what order, and at what level of intensity.

You will find these workouts challenging. They are geared to a woman’s body and, while they are not easy, they are extremely effective.
